All matters pertaining to the admission of the student in Apark will subject to Gwalior (M.P.) Jurisdiction Only.

Any Receipt given to the student is made as a proof of his amount given to the Apark Institute and any matter pertaining to the receipt of the student is subject to Gwalior Jurisdiction Only

For University Courses; examination, valuation, result, and mark-sheet matters come under the power of University. Apark will never be responsible for these matters.

While taking admission student is strictly informed to sign and give the thumb print on the declaration form. Without this formality student’s attached documents are not be considered valid.

If any student’s documents are found fake in future the student will immediately be declared forge and he will have to submit all his documents and the Marksheets in Apark. With this continuation student may be imposed any legal activity by the Apark or University.

All the transaction of fee will be made by Demand Draft in favor of Apark Institute, Gwalior Only.

Non-Payment of the fee on the due date will be considered the cancellation of the Admission.
