Legal Information must be read by the students and their guardians before taking Admission in Apark or its any franchisee.

University Courses

For any delay in result, mark-sheets, time-table, exam schedule, change in syllabus or study material, and, UGC, AICTE, DEC, State act, AIU,NCTE or any Government council,  formalities/approval/recognition/permission, value of the course, seats allotment for the course or any hidden/unsaid matters about the course and university, only concerning university will be responsible. Study Center/Counseling Center/Information center/Technical Associate/Franchisee (Apark Institute of Employment Education and Research, Gwalior/ Apark India, Gwalior or its frenchisee/Apark Associates ) will never be responsible for any university formalities. For any university course admission in Apark all matters will always subject to Gwalior M.P. Jurisdiction Only. Apark has only two centers one in Gwalior M.P. and Chattarpur M.P. where students can take admission for university courses. (Vinayaka Mission University and Jodhpur University). Apark may take extra fee for the university courses if any Apark Certificate course is also given to the students with the university courses. any fee taken by  apark institute/apark india/apark institute of employment education and research gwalior is finally deposited in Society account (Apark Shiksha avam Samaj kalyan Samiti Gwalior) by direct or indirect mode. For Engineering Courses/Ph.D/B.Ed/BPT/D.Ed./M.Ed./Paramedical Courses/Pharma Courses and One sitting examination system Apark provide only consultancy services. For Consultancy Services Apark is authorized from different institutions and university. 

Autonomous Corporate Courses

All Apark Autonomous Corporate Courses run by the head office or its franchisee are completely autonomous corporate courses and designed in a view to give the knowledge to the working professionals in the corporate sectors for the development of their skills and promotion. Apark never claim that any of its corporate course is affiliated/recognized/authorized/approved by U.G.C., AICTE, DEC, any govt. council. The courses or certificates given by Apark doesn't come under the purview of U.G.C. AICTE, DEC or any state act. Apark never claim that any of its corporate course is a degree course. The acceptance of Apark corporate courses is a dependency for any organization. Apark never claim that its corporate courses are valid for Government jobs, Government examination, and Government college/institute or universities. Students are strictly adviced not to take admission in Apark franchisee for university courses except Apark Institute of Employment Education and research  Gwalior M.P. and Apark Bundelkhand Educational Institute Chattarpur M.P. All other Apark franchisee are eligible/entitled for taking admissions for Apark Autonomous Corporate Courses.
