The franchisee will run our all the courses of IT Management Journalism, Fashion Technology and other job oriented courses (Given in the following list.) 

The Study Material all the  courses, Syllabus, General promotional material, Identity Card, Application form, Examination form and Certificates for the students will be provided by APARK.

The examination for all the courses will be done by the Department of Exam APARK Gwalior (M.P.).

Center Owner has to submit his/her educational record, infrastructure of the  center. Equipments available in the center, Number of computers, Map of premises and the list of faculties to the head office of Apark.

All the expenses of teaching students, infrastructure, faculties, computers and internet facility will be provided by the franchisee. The expenses of advertisements (Electronic or Print Media, Broachers, Hoardings etc. ) will be given by franchisee. For our circular or common advertisement the name of the franchisee and address will be mentioned.

Center owner (_____________________________________________) has to make the record of all the students as per their eligibility criteria for the concerned course.

Center owner (___________________________________________________) has to attest all the Xerox certificate with center seal and signature.

Center has to give proper advertisement for the growth of strength of the students.

In case of cancellation/discontinuation no amount will be refunded, either franchisee fee or student’s fee.)

 Apark’s rules and regulations may be different in different states of India or abroad.

The examination, valuation and result of the students for all courses, will be done by APARK.

Every year franchisee has to pay 1500/- rupees for renew of the registration.

 The center name, code, address, and its director name will be mentioned in the website of APARK i.e. www.aparkindia.org

 Apark has been the well-known brand of educational field, and associated with various educational Institutions and Government organizations. To give the name of this brand without the approval of Chairman of APARK and its Board of Directors will be punishable and confine to the court of law. In case of finding any irregularity or Malfunctioning against the rules of APARK, the franchisee will be discontinued. Apark is a self financed autonomous educational body and it should be known to the center owner and his students that all the Apark courses are strictly designed for corporate sector only. The acceptance of APARK Courses is a matter of dependency and it is arbitrary for any organization to accept the Apark Autonomous Courses.  Center owner is responsible to give full information about the Apark Autonomous Courses to the students. It is compulsory to get the declaration form filled by the students before receiving the apark admission form.

 To open bank account in any bank of India or abroad with the name APARK by its franchisee or any person is against to the norms of APARK. and punishable too. If any center or person is found doing such things, APARK will take strict steps against him and may make him stood in the court of law.

 To get any book published or to get any website made with the name of APARK is also against to the constitution of APARK and copyright act of India.

 Apark is a self financed autonomous body and its all courses are strictly designed for corporate sector. The acceptance of Apark courses is arbitrary for any organization.

Franchisee has to pay only 40 % share of the course fee to Apark

In any circumstances the franchisee fee or course fee is non refundable.

Any dispute or serious matters will be subjected to Gwalior Jurisdiction only.

The Study Material for all the courses will be provided free of cost only after getting the first installment of the fee

      Course fee may be deposited in two installments (I installment at the time of Admission and II installment at the

      time of mid session of the course.

      Examination Fee is 100 Rupee Per Paper
